Our daughter is currently recovering from 30 sessions of radiation treatment for a brain tumour. That involved a round trip of at least 3 hours on a good traffic day plus treatment time. The inflammation of the brain causes nausea and throbbing headaches. On March 1st she received an email from Claims and Payments Integrity Officer National Disability Insurance Agency. She is an SDA self provider, so provides SDA payments to herself. She has done nothing wrong or dishonest and can only claim the payments in her NDIS plan. Today she received another email, because due to her health condition she hadn't even seen the other one. This statement: The NDIS Commission can take compliance or enforcement action if a registered NDIS provider breaches a condition of registration, including revocation of registration, issuing an infringement notice and seeking a civil penalty. is distressing. AND TOTALLY UNWARRANTED. Of course there is no phone contact provided by these disempowering NDIS bureaucrats, whereby this could be resolved. I have contacted someone in the NDIS to assist us. We resent having to do this when we went through the same thing last year with complete resolution. It is ongoing intimidation and bullying.

Thank you for sharing your story, and I am so sorry. Letters with no phone contact provided was a tactic used in RoboDebt. But sharing your story is incredibly important for us all to connect the dots which will help establish the case for the Royal Commission. There is a FaceBook group that has been set up, specifically on the NDIS Class Action and Royal Commission effort (link below). Through this FB group, updates will be provided on the progress of community action to establish a Royal Commission into RoboNDIS. Take care.
